Our Nursery
At Daisies Childcare, we’ve designed vibrant and welcoming rooms tailored to inspire creativity, learning, and joy in every child. Each space is thoughtfully equipped to support your child’s developmental journey, ensuring they feel safe, nurtured, and excited to explore.
Hobbits Room
( 2 year-3 year olds)
This room is for our younger children. We focas on the prime areas of Language, physical and personal, social and emotional development. The children in this room learn through their senses and moving their bodies. Children in this room look at their self help skills and learning to play with others.
Elves
( 3 year-4 year olds)
This room is for our older children. As well as the prime area we start in introduce more specific areas such as Maths, literacy, knowledge of the world and expressive arts and design. In this room we build on the skills we have already learnt so we can co-operativly play with others and learn to be independent.
At Daisies Childcare, your child’s safety is our top priority. We understand that trusting a childcare provider is an important decision, and we’re committed to creating a secure environment.That’s why:
- Every member of our team has undergone an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
- Our facility is equipped with CCTV cameras in key areas. We take the security of our children and staff very seriously, access to the site is via intercom request and at the discretion of the Nursery Manager or Receptionist @ the centre.

All our rooms have a camera which is monitored by the Nursery Manager and Director . This is recorded 24 hours a day,
5 days a week. If anyone other than the child’s parent/carer is to collect we have a password system in place and ask to be informed in advance of any changes to the person collecting. All visitors to The Nursery must sign the visitor’s book and no visitor is left unattended within The Nursery site. - All our staff are certified in Paediatric First Aid.
Opening Hours
Daisies Childcare is open for 39 weeks per year Monday to Friday from
8:45am to 3:15pm, TERM TIME ONLY (excluding bank holidays).
Session Times:
AM Session: 8.45am -11.45am
PM Session : 12.15am – 3.15pm
